Solutions adaptated to your constraints

The project proposed will depend on :

• The size of your company (no long studies for very small size companies)

• Intervention fields and on the number of people involved (most of the time stock managment involves commercial, supplying, research department, ...)

• Potential benefits (you must quickly recoup the cost of the project)

You will have the choice between different project types :

• A survey, ended by a report presenting potential benefits and giving you a detailed action plan for implementation. Then you will chose which action you want to apply and you will decide to implement them by yourself or with the help of your consultant.

• A study followed by an implementation : the consultant manages the project. Teams are mobilised to improve action plan, but your consultant will be in charge of the project, focus grouping, write reports, draft procedures, follow lead times and give information feedback to managers.

• A study and a soft implementation support : operationnals implement action plan, a project manager is internaly chosen and your consultant gives a taechnical aid.

• Training of your staff : training plan is designed regarding needs and people involved.
